SOLITUDE
In a world seemingly connected through technology and social networks, I’ve tried to confront the truth: that many individuals lack genuine connection. But even for those who possess a network of relationships, the experience of loneliness remains a universal facet of the human experience.
I present this collection to reflect on the notion that even in the presence of others we are often alone, which is not meant to be negative, just objective. Isolation is in some way essential for self-discovery. One must be comfortable with being alone and being within one's own mind. A part of the journey of self-discovery is learning to embrace and appreciate our own company.
I’ve tried to capture moments in time where individuals are grappling with their own thoughts, seeking solace, or finding beauty in the simplest of moments. With this collection I aim to explore the human existence, reminding us that despite our interconnectedness, there are depths within us that can only be explored in solitude.
